We help with preparation and not in obtaining the final result, thereby the students who shall register themselves with us shall not be refunded any fees if they are unable to achieve their goals. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, correctness, timeliness or completeness of any products, services, information, or other material purchased by users or it will meet user expectations.

We are not liable to provide services and/or quality of services / warranty / guarantee / assurances etc., which may be mentioned by any person /firm /other websites, by providing link to our website for the said purpose. Further we are not liable to provide any service or part thereof for any payment made by you in other website/s for obtaining services from us.

All users/students who enroll/register on our online platform are advised to get themselves acclimatized with the subject to a considerable level before embarking on courses offered by us for their own benefits and in depth understanding of the subjects.

We reserve the right and without prior notification to user to suspend/terminate Services to any student, if found indulging in any indiscipline activity, harassment of any teacher, student or any other employee of our and appropriate legal action shall be taken against who/those found guilty. In addition to this, no student registered/unregistered is allowed to malign/mar the image of us or any of its employee, publicly or privately. If found guilty, immediate termination of Services will be followed by appropriate legal action.

Any product or Services purchased from us is non-transferable and is for the sole use of the registered users only. If any user account is observed to be shared by multiple users or account is observed to be transferred, the user account shall be immediately terminated or locked.

It is mandatory for all users neither to use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor use the Service which violates any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You are not allowed to transmit any viruses, indulge in hacking of website or any of its content or any code of a destructive nature.

This site is property of our, which is based in New Delhi, India; as such the laws of India shall apply; courts is New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers.

Some features of Services provided by us have been highlighted for information and compliance by users/students –

1. Admission/ Enrollment of a student – Admission to a program depends upon fulfilling the eligibility criteria for that particular program such as providing true and up to date information such as but not limited to Name, E-mail ID, Mobile Number, Residence Address, etc. This information shall be helpful for us to assess your profile, build your profile, to have a proper communication during your enrollment. We shall be using personal information provided by students to build their own data base and shall in no event share it with any third party. It is the sole responsibility of the student to keep updating the information provided at the time of admission to our services and afterwards, if applicable. A student/user is advised to go through Privacy policy before providing his/her personal details.
2. Batch -At the time of admission, a student shall be given options for batches to choose from (if multiple batches are available). A student may also choose to study privately; however, the charges for the same may differ from the batch charges and student shall confirm the same during admission. Changes in batches shall only be allowed in specific circumstances after the user/student has requested the same by sending mail to official mail address quoting the reason.
3. Payment – The payment for online live classes can either be made in wholesome amount or can be divided into part payments of two parts of 50% each. If user/students opt for part payment, the first part payment has to be made at the time of enrollment and second part payment has to be deposited within fifteen days. If a student/user enrolls for test series, then complete one-time payment has to be made, and no part payment is allowed. No refunds are applicable for payments made for test series.
4. Communication to Students -This will be done through the phone and/or email address provided by the student to us at the time of enrolment.
5. Student Feedback and Grievance Redresses – To improve the quality of our Services, and as part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we actively seek and appreciate feedback from students. A mail will be sent to each and every student once after the completion of the course and after the exam/test has been conducted. Each time, a proforma will be mailed to the student to fill it.
6. Content and Behavior Rules for students –Students are allowed to use our website and Services for learning purposes only. You’re responsible for all the content that you post on our platform. You should keep the reviews, questions, posts, courses and other content you upload in line with our guidelines and the law, and respect the intellectual property rights of us. We are liable to deactivate your account for repeated misbehaviors or any offenses. No refunds of fees will be applicable in this regard.

Refund Policy:

The following policy is applicable for refund of the fee that has been paid against any purchases made on www.binjueducation.com.

You can request for a refund of any fees paid by you subject to the following:

• For products/Services that require us to dispatch paper bound course material to you, communication of confirmed intent to cancel your subscription must reach us before the first set of course material is dispatched by us.

For products that involve online tests to be taken by you or videos to be viewed by you, communication of your confirmed intent to cancel your subscription must reach us before you take even one such test or before you play/watch any of the paid videos.

In all cases, whenever you make a refund request, the request has to be sent to email ID: binjuseducation@gmail.com, which has to be forwarded by you, from the registered email ID to us, which you have previously used to purchase our products.

• No refunds are applicable for payments made for test series.

• If your refund request satisfies the above terms, the amount (after deduction of all applicable taxes and levies) would be refunded after further deducting 10% as administrative charge from the refundable amount.

• The amount shall be returned via the same channel as it was used during purchase of the product. Like, if the amount for the product/Service was originally paid by you via credit card, the refund amount would be dedicated back to the credit card account that was used to make the original purchase. If the amount for the product/Service was originally paid by you by Demand Draft/cheque, the refundable amount would be sent to you by Demand Draft/cheque, as applicable, in favor of the name of the person registering for the product/service and would sent to the address given by you to us at the time of registration for the product/Service. Additional deductions will be admissible for postage (registered), and including other service charges as admissible for preparing DD’s, etc.

• If such communication is received by us after the first online test has been taken or any of the paid videos has been viewed or in case the first paper bound material set has been shipped, in that case no refund shall be made.

• All communication in this regard shall be mailed to official mail ID: binjuseducation@gmail.com. The processing of refund will normally be completed within 30days of receipt of confirmed request and further is expected that the user will normally receive refund amount within 90 working days after processing, subjected to the conditions which are beyond our control.

• No interest will be paid or made applicable for refund of the amount and or for the delay in processing the refund. It is the sole responsibility of the user/student to give correct information and /or update the correct contact address etc., so that the refunds are dispatched or directed at the correct desired destination, timely.

• We are no way responsible, for non-receipt of the refund amount by the user, due to incorrect information provided to us or where situations are beyond our control. 

• We in no event shall be responsible, if any payments are received, which exceeds the amount required to be paid, by any user. Refund of such excess amount will also be subjected to the above-stated conditions.

Copyright – The Services and the content provided on our website is- as-is available basis. We believes in regular market research, through reviewing of past years actual exam papers and making of original and best possible content for each of its student. Utmost care has been taken while uploading each and every question; however humans do commit errors, hence if you think we have uploaded something that belongs to you for which you have the copyright, feel free to mail us and we will get it removed from our website immediately. At the same time you also agree not to copy or re-create the material available at our official website as everything we upload, we have the copyright for the same.

Disclaimers – The Services and content uploaded and made available by us is as per our past experiences and after understanding the nature of exams. We do not make any guarantee or warranties against the appropriateness, quality, timely updating and unintentional errors of the services we shall provide. We make no warranty that you will obtain specific results from use of our Services. Your use of the Services (including any content) is entirely at your own risk.

Owing to regular updating of website it may happen that we may decide to terminate/suspend certain features of the website at any time and for any reason. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any damages due to such interruptions or lack of availability of such features.

We are not responsible for delay or failure of our performance of any of the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, like an act of war, hostility, or sabotage; natural disaster; epidemic; pandemic; electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage; or government restrictions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not register, access, or otherwise use any of our Services. These Terms and Conditions (including any agreements and policies linked from these Terms and Conditions) constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

Limitation of Liability – To the extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, suppliers, partners, and agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, or personal injury or death), whether arising in contract, warranty, tort, product liability, or otherwise, and even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of damages in advance. Relationship Between Us – You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between us.

No Assignment – You may not assign or transfer the Services or these Terms and conditions (or the rights and licenses granted under them). For example, if you registered an account as a student, your account cannot be transferred to another student. We may assign these Terms and Conditions (or the rights and licenses granted under them) to another company or person without restriction. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions confers any right, benefit, or remedy on any third-party person or entity.
